How do I return something to Discount RC Tires?

At Discount RC Tires, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

1. All returned items must be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL packaging. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

2. All returned items will charged a 10 % restocking fee. 

3. All refunds and credits given will be minus shipping and any restocking fees.

4. Discount RC Tires will not be held responsible for defective merchandise. If you feel you have received bad merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle repairs or replacements. Please keep a copy of your sales receipt to verify your purchase.

For orders that are damaged in shipping

We take great care in packaging your order. Please choose to add insurance to a US Postal Service Delivery option, or choose a UPS shipping option, that includes shipping insurance if you are concerned that your order may be damaged during shipping.  Disount RC Tires will not be responsible for any shipments damaged by shipping carriers.  If you have chosen to insure your purchase and you need to file a claim, please notify us immediately so that we can contact the shipping company and resolve the problem as quickly as possible
